Railway

Travelled last Sunday from Chennai to Bangalore on a special train that was suppose to leave at 2330. This train was so different since its only schedule time but its actual departure and arrival time is "as they wish" kind. Couple of weeks before I was booked on the same special train (0687) they displayed the departure platform as. It was 2330, the departure time and no train has come and another train come from some other destination on platform 1. Then there was an annoucement for us to go to platform 4 as we say the queen of its own time push back slowly. So this week I thought it will be better but it wasnt. It left at 0035 hours and believe me there was no TT to check who is on the train. The doors of each compartment was wide open for anyone to board in the transit stations. It was so scary and different.
I have also travelled on the regular train (2687) which leaves at 2315 and its prompt. There are cops inside the train and TT checks the ticket in 15mts after departure for us to sleep without any disturbance.
Why is there a huge difference in service between scheduled and special trains? Infact they call it a special train but its schedule for all the weeks on Sundays. Are the citizens travelling in the special train have no value for their money and life? Special trains are operated to meet the additional demands and we arent paying less fare to board a special train. Wish someone could take action.
Worst of all, in that special train on 19th there should have been more than 100 kids from the school of Abacus who had participated in a competition in Chennai was leaving back to Bangalore with no TT or police patrolling the train.
